I must say starting off with this disclaimer I work here. I have worked here for the past 5 yrs. As far as corporate life goes it is a great place to work. Flexible work hours with work from home options . Plenty of room to move around and career growth. They may pay at the lower end for some positions but for attorneys that do not want to out and out practice this is a good option to let you still use your skills. I will say one drawback is they are seriously lacking in black professionals in the legal dept. They do have free parking ....there is a cafe on 2 levels and a subway. There are some work out areas... a printing station... library ..caribou coffee and health care facility. They have a good benefit package and match on 401 k contributions. Everyone starts with 3 weeks vacation and you .get a 4th after 5 yrs of service. You .get about 30 PTO type days off per year and 10 paid holidays. Check this place out you will like what you see!

TR was a pretty good place to work. The staff was pretty friendly overall.Location is huge but not open to the general public. People think the atm for US bank is open but it is restricted to employees only. (which is understandable). Place is always clean and up kept well!

Well... I like the work but this is one of the few remaining places where you can get the feeling of being a well-paid cog in a huge machine that doesn't know your name :) . Huge parking lot, maybe a square mile. It's possible to lose your car. Huge company cafeteria. Thousands of coworkers. I found it amazing that a company could still exist and apparently still thrive in the form that companies had decades ago. This is one of the few remaining companies whose business model has allowed it to survive in this form until now.

Great walking trail to check out neature, but the dining options are nothing special and bathrooms can be dicey at times. Some solid 4th floor conveniences.

Thomson Reuters cut 2,000 jobs in 2008 Now they’re at it again. What a great Place to work until they cut your job and leave with nothing except for a letter explaining how it’s not their fault they don’t know how to run their business. But it’s OK we’re cutting your job anyways. But will make your false promises of long Term employment. To get you in the door. But don’t worry fellow executives it’s a revolving door. I don’t worry CEO Jim Smith Can still drive his Rolls-Royce to work and live in his large home and that’s what matters at Thompson routers as long as they’re cutting jobs everybody at the top can keep their wallets fat.

I was referred to Thomson Reuters for background checks but upon comparing to their competitors reports the “Clear Reports” were not clear and also not accurate. We were informed that we need to pull reports and conduct multiple searches (separate court searches) to confirm the data at additional cost. I would not recommend Thomson Reuters or Clear Reports especially since they try to lock you up for 3 years before you can pull sample reports.

Largest US presence of Thomson Reuters in US. Huge parking lot, several buildings, high security within. Located in suburban/rural area, Target nearby.

This is not really open to the public, but having been inside I can say that this place is well organized and modern. The Eagan public Access TV studio is inside.
